Palm trees are due for a trim as a part of routine maintenance. We are sorry at the time of your stay there was any issue with the fronds. We look forward to your next stay with us!
We had a small issue with the clothes dryer not working. The management staff addressed the problem quickly, even allowing us to use another unit's dryer until the part arrived the next day. Very professional, class act team!!!
