Welcome to our recently and exquisitely redecorated unit outfitted in fresh soft earth tones. Our goal is make your vacation the best, most comfortable and relaxing it can be. The living room and main bedroom open onto a spacious terrace that has a view of the tropical garden area and its pools, and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico are in the background. Our new patio furniture will make viewing the remarkable sunsets a pleasure! The luxurious main bath features a separate walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub plus a new granite countertop with two up-to-date top-mount bowl sinks. A queen bed in the second bedroom makes our unit perfect for two couples or a small family. The second bath has recently been updated with a new, glass-top single sink vanity. After your peaceful day at the beach or by the pool, if you chose to relax in the condo for a quite evening, meal preparation is a breeze in our unit. We just recently updated all of our appliances to stainless steel. This, combined with our bright white cabinetry and granite countertops, provides you with a state-of-the-art kitchen. If you chose to eat out, there are countless possibilities close by. There are a total of three flat screen TVs and a blue ray player in this unit plus a surround sound stereo system for your viewing pleasure. The Crescent is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in a quiet area of Miramar Beach close to Silver Sands Factory Outlets, dining, and recreation. The property has sixty eight deluxe condominiums on four floors and this guarantees our guests will have plenty of room at the beach or by the pool. The property is built in a quarter of a circle to take advantage of the magnificent sunset views. It is positioned so that it wraps around a beautiful beachside tropical garden with a large lagoon pool, a heated midsize pool (heated seasonally) and a hot tub. The Crescent also has two meeting rooms that are available for gatherings/receptions, a fitness center, a library/business center with a printer for your convenience, two complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella, on-site check-in, on-site maintenance should anything happen, and is also a secure gated complex -- both from the street and beach sides. These amenities make the Crescent one of the most popular vacation spots in the Destin area.

Crescent 109
Due to the hurricanes, we were not able visit our normal vacation spot in St Pete Beach. We were able to secure a condo at the Crescent very quickly. We enjoyed our stay and will return in the near future.

Lovely spot
Nice set up with two bedrooms including a very nice master bedroom, and two couches with pull out beds. Perfect size for me and my three kids. Well appointed kitchen and laundry. Large balcony overlooking the pool and ocean views. Would definitely go back.
