This condo is located just across the street from the beach. The Caribbean Dunes complex offers a large heated pool and hot tub. The pool is heated seasonally. Caribbean Dunes 203 sleeps 6. 1 Queen size bed in the master, 2 Twin size beds in the loft bedroom, 1 sleeper sofa. Saturday to Saturday rental during the peak season!

Destin, Florida is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village", but we do not stop there! The whitest beaches of Florida and the Emerald Green waters are unmatched. Shop in an upscale outdoor mall, or one of many boutique stores. When you are through shopping, there are endless places to enjoy the local fare or just get a quick bite. Location, View, and Amenities
This unit is in a lovely location, close to the beach access, pool, hot tub, shops and restaurants. It had everything (and more) that we needed for our week's stay. We especially loved the view of the ocean from this location. It was a gem!

Stayed an a extra night
The two-story Loft had plenty of room for my family of six. Including two teenagers one preteen and a 5 year old. It had enough space to keep them from killing each other. But it was also small enough so we weren't too separated. The balcony was huge and had a partial view of the beach. The public beach access was a 3 minute walk. The kitchen was well designed and it had most of what we needed for the week for cooking. The master bedroom had a television as well as the living room and the loft bedroom. The Loft bedroom had two twin beds and the master bedroom had a full size bed. Are younger children slept on the sofa bed and we're very excited. But they are young. Every room had a ceiling fan and the air conditioner did a great job at maintaining temperature and humidity. The stove is electrical. The freezer had a nice maker. The decor was comfortable and gave an immediate impression we were at the beach, or close to it. Major grocery stores were within 8 minutes away, including a Walmart. I highly recommend this rental for any larger family. We are already thinking about reserving a week for next year.

Steps to the beach
Beautiful clean condo just steps from the beach. Comfortable beds and beautifully furnished home. We will definitely be back.
The only recommendation would be to get some beach chairs made for adults.

Great Location
Location, Location, Location!! Across the street from the Beach, stores and shopping are extremely close. Arrived early and they let me check in early. Loved the people from Harmony!

Beautiful view of the ocean and clean!
We had a wonderful stay. Convenient location with beautiful views of the ocean. The condo was clean and comfortable with everything provided to cook. Especially like having a washer and dryer along with a tub shower combo! We will hopefully be returning next year to the same location!

Amazing views and beautiful condo’nn
This condo is tastefully done, very cozy! I absolutely LOVED my stay here!!! The view is unbeatable with swaying palm trees with the Gulf right beyond. It was very clean and had everything I needed for my extended stay!! Harmony Beach Vation (property’s manager) was right on top of little things that needed to be fixed. I stayed here for 3 months and can’t say enough good things about the condo, the proximity to the beach, the area in general and Harmony!!!!!

Very clean and comfortable
Had a wonderful long holiday weekend enjoying the beach. Only problem was that I was traveling with someone with limited mobility and was told there was an elevator, but I could not find one. I made a request to have the batteries changed in the thermostat and the cable in one of the bedrooms was not working. Both were fixed promptly.

Spring Break 2019
This was our 5th Spring Break in Destin & this has to be my families favorite Condo. The location is exactly like it shows online. It is directly across the street from the ocean. I could see dolphins in the morning from our balcony. Location of the pool is at the end of our unit, never crowded & our 12 year old son met a lot of kids his age to play catch with. The pool temp was nice & warm even I got in. This condo was excellent for the 4 of us but could comfortably sleep 6. We had trouble with the AC, management sent someone out within hours. He couldn’t fix it but had someone else within 24 hours. Super awesome complex, quiet, clean and great neighborhood. Our kids love The Tracks just a few miles away. Grocery store a short drive. Get place to walk or run in the morning. Most beautiful sunsets. Ocean was the calm enough this year for us to swim & body surf in!! I will book this condo again for sure!!

The Harmony Beach Vacations staff is exceptional
During the worst of circumstances, (evacuating hurricane Michael) the HBV staff ensured I had a very nice condo and made registration as painless as possible. The unit they provided was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. I can't thank the HBV staff enough for making my stay the best it could. They single handedly reversed the atrocious dealings I had with a national booking chain. I totally endorse HBV and look forward to utilizing their professional team again.

Perfect getaway
We had a fantastic time in Destin and the proximity of our accommodations to the beach was spectacular. Unfortunately our stay also involved a slight brush with hurricane Michael.

Awesome condo that is steps from the beach
This was a great place to stay. You can have your feet in the sand in less than a minute. There is plenty of room in the condo. I will stay in this one again.

Great Spot
We really enjoyed our stay here and the location is PERFECT!! It is literally across the street from the beach and walking distance to this cute little cafe the condo was super spacious and perfect for us!

The pictures don't do this place justice
We had an awesome time here!! This condo was stocked with more than enough things needed for our stay!! It was very clean!! They even had us a bottle of wine waiting!! The bed sleep soooooooo good!! I will recommend this condo to anyone!! The swimming pool and jacuzzi was awesome as well!! I give this place 100 stars!!

Great location for a great property
Our family travelled to Destin for a wedding. The condo was perfect size for us and had a perfect location to the beach right across the street. The only thing the property was missing was a blow dryer so make sure to pack one. We also bought one and left it there for the next renters.

Great location!!
We came down the week before the 4th of July. Other family rented a home right down the street from us but we had the BETTER location, right across from the beach! Condo has a nice layout. Loft perfect for the kids with their own bathroom. Management staff was quick to resolve any issues we had. Large screen TV never was working correctly but it didn't hinder our vacation as we didn't come to watch it! Microwave was repaired quickly and the tech was extremely nice! Location of condo in Destin is perfect.... centrally located and close to food, shopping and attractions!

Master bed needs to be upgraded from full to at least a queen size bed, there would be plenty of room for it! Would have been nice to have blinds or sheers in window as well that would allow us some privacy but give us more light in the room. Opening curtains would allow anyone to see in the room. Blinds on the doors going out to balcony also would be great so you wouldn't have to wrestle with the shapes that were installed backward!!
Great vacation and we would consider coming back to this condo! Great set up for family of four!!

Spacious condo right across from beach
Even though this condo was across the street from the gulf, we could still see the beach and hear the waves from our balcony. We very much enjoyed staying in this spacious 2 bedroom. The grounds were very well maintained as well as the heated pool and hot tub. The only thing that I would recommend would be to upgrade the beds. There was also some confusion about private access to the beach. We thought we could access the private beach but was told by one harmony representative that we had to use the public beach area. It was very confusing. I would still stay here again. Carribean Dunes is in a great location!

Great Condo, Great Location, Good Times!
This condo was perfect for our family vacation. Steps to the beach, with great space for the four of us. it would have been tight for any more, (couch sleeping), but having the two bathrooms, and separate loft for the kids made this place great. Having a specific list of items within the condo for use would have been helpful, but we were able to survive rather easily. Grills onsite were Charcoal, and a bit away, but again, we made due and we did know that going in. This unit had been updated with new counter tops, but did have some older features, (kitchen cabinets, bathrooms) which if updated would really make this particular unit fantastic. Located close to some great local restaurants, along with all the chains made going out very easy. there were two grocery stores within 2 miles also, not to mention multiple stores, shops and an outdoor mall. All in all, a great unit, and a great time

Great Stay
We really enjoyed our stay. This is a great location in a less busy part of Destin. The decor was very earthy and it felt great. The place was clean and appeared as it did in the pictures.

Perfect Condo In Paradise
Our stay at Caribbean Dunes was great! I would recommend this condo. It was clean, close to bike and scooter rentals and the best little café called Camille's with awesome smoothies, the beach and great restaurants. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The washer and dryer were very convenient. Three beach towels were very useful when we arrived nicely folded in the master bedroom and convenient that we didn't need to bring from home and pack in our carry-on. The Staff at Harmony Beach Vacations were prompt with confirmation information and answered questions in a timely manner.

Blissful beach trip... palms and the ocean are beckoning
My 20th vacation in Destin- you will love this beach-chic condo with ocean views from the balcony. It's located across the street from a public beach access. Good for newlyweds or families, sleeps 6. Clean beds with BA upstairs and master BR and BA downstairs and checkout the black granite countertops. "Complimentary beach towels" are provided; no need to pack those! Beach rental amenities are: snack bar, sea kayaks, paddle longboards, trampolines set-up in ocean, bicycles, scooters. Jetskis and boat outings are at HarborWalk Village. Try the Pirate cruise, Seablaster boat excursion or a dolphin cruise. The Pirate cruise is authentic, our elementary & tween aged kids were impressed !
