It couldn't be closer to the beach!
The apartment has two big TVs that we haven't use because we spend all of the time on the beach.
"Sunrise, sunburn, sunset, repeat!"
Wonderful, clean, clear, warm waters. A paradise.
We totally recommend this apartment community. We'll be back!

Very convenient getting in and out of complex. Management office helpful with inquires. Information provided for arrival and departure easy to follow. Would stay here again if our travels should bring us back to Destin.

This unit needs TLC, but that was not an issue for the 2 of us. Bring extra garbage bags(they provide 2 clear, very thin starters), coffee filters, napkins, pump hand soaps for sinks, and toilet paper(as you would for any rental). Keep in mind, there are blinds, but no curtains. We are early risers, so it didn't matter to us how early the room lit up from sun. Also note no-condo w/d, but a feet away is community laundry room.
Harmony Beach Vacations have unbeatable communication and customer service. They were informative, friendly and reachable every step of the way. Best rental company we have worked with in the 10 years we have been renting in Destin

The question about the rental schedule is a good one, here is why we do that; for the peak season our homes fill up quickly and in order to accommodate different schedules, we have some rentals that are from Friday to Friday, some are Saturday to Saturday, and some are from Sunday to Sunday. We do our best to work with each guest's needs and at times we may have different days open in between other reservations, as our rentals are 5-7 night stays in the peak season. Please check directly with our office when booking your next stay so that we can see what all we have available for you all for your next stay. the layout of Capri that was so enchanting! I LOVED being just steps from the beach. I also loved being able to drive right up to my front door and then not have to fight elevators. The condo was cozy, very clean, and newly decorated! The only suggestion is that the condo could use a few rugs maybe one in kitchen, one in bathroom. But other than that, we had zero complaints. We will be coming back here for years to come!

BUT....Was overcharged with all the added fees,
should not have to pay damage fee even though there was no damage & cleaning fee too high. Only 2 people stayed & we did not leave a mess.
Rental fees too high....

Manager Response: Thank you for sharing your review. We are sorry that you feel that way, but the fees we add for cleaning, tax, damage waiver are customary fees for condo rentals in this area. With a shorter stay, this may appear high as the fees average out over longer stays of 5-7 nights and the nightly average is reduced. The damage waiver fee is optional for our guests if they are willing to put up a security deposit and it does have advantages in case of accidental damage by our guests, just sign the coverage sheet and there aren't added charges for the accidental damages that may occur. We appreciate having you as our guests and we hope to have you back in the future.
