This two-bedroom unit underwent a major facelift in April of 2018 including new vinyl plank flooring, new stairs, new quartz countertops throughout, new furnishings and decor and new king bed in master bedroom. There is a new couch and ottoman purchased in 2020. There are 2 bedrooms /2 bathrooms each on a separate floor and at different sides of the townhome to provide maximum privacy for two couples or a couple with children. A new luxury walk-in shower with light gray subway tile and pebble accents has been installed in the upstairs master bath. Both bathrooms have wall-mounted hotel-style hair dryers. Blue Surf 16B also features two designated off street parking places and private, high-speed Internet service from Cox Cable. You should have no problem getting access to the Internet or streaming media with this private wifi system. You will find instructions for access in your check-in letter. Seasonal Beach Service Included!
At Blue Surf you ll enjoy spacious grounds, close beach access, lush tropical landscaping, charcoal grills, a seasonally heated pool, shuffleboard court, and convenient access to area restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, golf courses, and other activities. In addition to private wireless internet access, unit 16B is stocked with a variety of board games, puzzles and videos for your enjoyment.
From March to November, complimentary daily beach service of two chairs and an umbrella is set up for you on the beach. Pompano Joe's, a landmark seafood restaurant on the beach, is only steps away.
