Southbay 10 sleeps 12. 1 King size bed, 2 Queen size beds, 1 bunk bed, 2 sleeper sofas. Saturday to Saturday rental during the peak season! Seasonal Beach service is included with your rental. 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach!


Southbay by the Gulf is a centrally located, family-friendly resort in close proximity to popular dining, shopping, watersports, and attractions. Community amenities include over 300 feet of private community beach, two community swimming pools, two children's wading pools, a 5-acre fresh water lake, community BBQ grills, and lighted tennis courts. Fun was had by all
Curb appeal on the outside bldg could be better but inside it was very nuce, clean, had tons of room for all of us and we weren't on top of each other. A 5 min walk to a private beach area. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. Will rent here again!

Great place!
The property couldn't have been better. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. It was exactly as described and any questions we had were answered immediately.

Perfect for multiple Families with kids
We had three families with two kids each. The amount of space was perfect. Perfect access to the pool. Everything was clean and neat. No complaints about our stay. Just make sure you duck your head when going down to the bottom level.

Great Getaway Gem
This place was exactly what we needed and more!
Very clean & there was more than enough room for everyone ranging in ages from 50 to 2 we all loved it! Pool is right out the back porch, beach, candy shop, souvenir shop are all walking distance. grocery store is right across the street. It was truly a gem!

Pleasantly Surprised
Upon arrival I was a little concerned based on the outside of the condo. There was spray paint on the walls and it looked a little run down. We came to the conclusion based on the units behind us that it appears the property is being updated on the outside and the spray paint was marking maybe things that needed to be replaced or repaired Once we entered the home it was much nicer than I expected even from the photos that are online. Those photos do it no justice may want to update those pics. We absolutely loved the home it had everything we needed and then some. The kids loved the stash of pool and beach toys and being able to walk right out of our 1st level door to the pool was a huge plus. The beach access was not as close as we thought it might be but it wasn't horrible. The best part of that kitchen was that free standing ice maker. That was a game changer as we were in town for a baseball tournament and we took a cooler every day. I would basically empty the ice maker each morning and by the time we got back a few hours later it was already full again ready for the next day. The kitchen was very well stocked with things. I was hesitant about booking this but so glad we did!

Great place for a family on a budget!
I was really happy to find a place within walking distance of the beach, that also had a pool, that could sleep our large group of 12, all within our budget. We were all overall satisfied with our stay. They provided all our general necessities and more.

Great week stay in Destin Florida
The rental was very spacious and in a great location. The lower level patio connects to the pool deck and the upper level has a great view of the pool. The beach is just a very short walk away and all the activities are a short drive in either direction and there is a store and places to eat within walking distance. We loved it.

Great family stay
The condo was very clean and was in a great location. We walked to ice cream every night and a gift shop was right next door. It was a bit of a walk down to the beach so we drove down most days but It was a nice surprise that there was an umbrella and two chairs already reserved at the beach. There were some toys and rafts there to take to the beach as well. I would definitely recommend this condo again.
