Saturday-to-Saturday rentals are available during the peak season; three-night minimum the rest of the year. Miramar Beach Villas features a large and refreshing L-shaped pool with an over-sized pool deck and lots of chaise lounges to sun on, all just steps from Sandpiper’s front door. Seasonal beach service is included with your rental — two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach!
Sandpiper features lots of glass to let in natural light, double-wide hurricane doors first floor front (luggage friendly!) and second floor back, 10-foot ceilings on the first floor and 9 on the second which combine to give this Emerald coast gem a very spacious look & feel.
With convenient features everywhere, Sandpiper feels like a home away from home. Among these are walk-in closets in each bedroom, suitcase valets in each closet, 4 SmartTVs, 3 with soundbars, on which to watch your favorite media (bedrooms + living room), quiet appliances, full-sized washer and dryer (dry your beachwear here each afternoon), comfortable living room seating for 6, table seating for 20 among 3 tables (one in & two out), a kitchen bar w. 4 stools, lots of kitchen counter and cabinet space, a master bath with large shower, dual sinks and a Jacuzzi tub, rainshower shower heads in each bathroom, bunk beds in the upstairs hall for the kids, an HVAC unit with dedicated thermostat for each floor, upmarket (and heavy) medium blue and teal outdoor furniture featuring high Adirondack chairs with foot rests, wrought iron railings on each porch and balcony to give Sandpiper a New Orleans look and feel, 300 steps to the beach and 50 to the pool. Lots of palm trees and oleander! Fantastic, you’ll agree. Enjoy! Neighboring Destin, Florida is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village", but we do not stop there! The whitest beaches of Florida and the Emerald green waters are unmatched. Shop in malls, including a premium outlet with many boutique stores just a mile away. When you are through shopping, there are endless places to enjoy the local fare or just get a quick bite. Don't forget about our water park, amusement parks, and our dozens of golf courses. Take a crew deep sea fishing or the kids to the Aquarium. Kick back and relax on one of our porches or balconies (there are two of each) or chill while the meal is cooking on the gas grill. With a no pets, no smoking vacation condo like Sandpiper (sorry, HOA rules), how can you go wrong?

Location was amazing. Pool is steps from the front door and the private beach access is a few min walk across the street. Both are beautiful and provided hours of family fun.
The "beach service" was a fantastic perk. It's very convenient to have 2 chairs and an umbrella waiting for you on the beach each day.
We reached out to the host/management company a couple of times before and during our stay and responses were usually prompt.
The only small area of improvement I would suggest is to upgrade the bed/mattress in the master bedroom. It slopes and is very creaky. Wasn't a major issue though and still had good nights sleep.
Overall our stay was fantastic and I would definitely keep this property in mind for future travel to Miramar Beach.

Location is fantastic. You are steps away from a nice beach. You basically have to cross a two (2) lane major road (Gulf Scenic Dr), but the cars stop for people waiting to cross, and then enter a code to access the beach through the Villas private gate. There are about 10 steps to negotiate, then a small shower area, and another 10 steps to the beach entry area. 100 yards later, over nice white sand, and you are in water.

Access to the Villas area is controlled by gated entry code. However, during our visit, someone had run into the gate and damaged it. Therefore, it was in a open position pending repairs. Each Villa has room for two (2) parked cars in front of their unit.
Villas #113:
------------
A/C worked flawlessly, gas grill needed to have its propane swapped out, the grill's starter also stopped working ... There were several other minor items reported to the management team, and in all cases of need, the management company was very responsive and corrected the situation or provided a work-around.
The unit was clean, and all was in order, but the floors could have used a good mopping. Thankfully, there was a broom and mop available for quick use.
Our unit did have Cox cable available, and also had a DVD player hooked up to the TV. There were TVs in each room, and the main living area. There was also a washer/dryer available in the unit.
Pool area:

There is a pool area close to the unit, the pool is nice, and there is an outside shower area near by for those coming from the beach, or, just looking to spend time at the pool versus beach/salt water.
Finally, you are less than 1 mile from a Winn Dixie, Shell gas station, and a small outlet mall.
I would recommend the Miramar Villas as a place to stay.
