Thanksgiving Family Gathering
This is the second time we have rented this property and it is lovely, we have been renting through Harmony for many years, we did miss the bottle of wine that always greets us when we arrive, insert sad face!

Enjoyable stay and home
We thoroughly enjoyed are most recent trip to Destin. A large part of that (outside of the beach itself of course) was this home. It was clean and well furbished. The home accommodated us well with the 3 floors. The teenagers had plenty of their own space and privacy yet we also enjoyed the communal area on the main floor. Just a short walk (maybe 2 minutes) to the beach as well. I would definitely stay at this home again!

Great family vacation spot
Other than the very early checkout time and the late check-in time this place is perfect for a family beach getaway. The accommodations were perfect for our entire party of 3 families. It was very well stocked with cooking supplies and beach access was very quick and easy. We loved our stay.

Loved the home and set up, will visit again!
Everything about this vacation home is well thought out and the location is perfect! We loved having three floors so everyone could spread out if they wanted to. The appliances were new, washer and dryer worked perfect, plenty of bathrooms and towels. They even provided some pool/ beach towels for us to use! Also, while not critical, it was decorated so well, which makes it feel like a home away from home.

This house is right next to the pool, which we loved because it was a short walk with the kids. The listing mentioned a hot tub by the pool, which there was not one. The pool is NOT heated, which was chilly for March, but on warm days it was tolerable for a little bit.

It's not located directly on the beach, but the beach is such a short walk (out of the parking lot across the street), it's still very easy and quick to get to.

We highly recommend this location to anyone looking!

My Family and I had a great experience and will definitely stay again . The home was very well stocked with everything !!!! The best vacation stay hands down!!!
This was the nicest house I have EVER stayed in! It was absolutely spotless. It was wonderfully decorated. Towels were fully stocked. The pillows and beds were all comfortable. They had a pack n play, stroller, and high hair all for my toddler. Everything was stocked that you would need. Absolutely wonderful experience!!!

Awesome vacation in a beautiful home and great location!
We were in Miramar villas 101 for one week and enjoyed our stay immensely. The home was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable that I slept better than I did at my own home and there was plenty of room for all of us. The location was excellent as well. The ocean/beach was literally a 3 minute walk away. There were nearby stores and restaurants within walking distance and super convenient. We would gladly stay here again!

Location, Location, Location... and this is true for this condo
Easy beach access. About a half mile to the Outlets. Several good restaurants within walking distance and over a dozen restaurants within 2 miles.
The unit is updated and filled with whatever you need for a great vacation. Plenty of space so you relax and not be so crowded.

Awesome stay!!!
We had a wonderful stay at the Miramar villa and the place was so very comfortable that made us think like we want to extend our stay for few more days..few things were exciting and made the stay pleasant
1. The location of the was so close to the pool and the beach which was very comfortable
2. The kitchen utensils were plenty and so good to use
3. The gas grill was so easy to operate and was efficient that saved our time
4. The games available were so cool
5. The furnitures (beach chairs, balcony furniture, sofas, cushions) were so cool
6. The rooms were neatly arranged and well furnished
Overall we enjoyed the stay very much...thank you so much for the great experience
I would definitely come back again for the stay and recommend my friends too

Family Spring Break Trip 2019
Our third consecutive year at Miramar Villas 101! This beautifully decorated three floor condo has absolutely everything you need! Ever needed scissors while on vacation? Pen and paper for you grocery list? Cheese grater, plenty of Pyrex baking dishes, huge boiling pot. Everything in the kitchen is top grade. Board games and cards for the kids? Sand toys and beach chairs too. The owners have thought of it all - even down to nice night lights. AND the whole place is immaculate - you feel like you just walked into it as their first renters. The owners take such pride in their vacation home. And don’t forget the pool is absolutely next door! And beach access is across the street. Harmony Beach Vacation Rentals are great people to book through- always pleasant and helpful. You won’t go wrong using them to book your Destin Vacation ( they have many rentals to choose from). Or Choosing Miramar Villas 101 - just don’t book our week!��

Better than expected!
We've rented from Harmony Beach before and are familiar with their outstanding properties. This one surpassed our expectations! What a beautiful property with every attention to detail! Plenty of room for our family of 10. Even enough seating. Wish the pool was heated, but we chose Feb dates on our own so understandable!

Family Vacation
the house was beautiful had everything possible we could need.The customer service was excellent.If we had a problem it resolved promptly the lay out of the home was just what we expected .The grandkids loved the built in bunkbeds and the biggest worry of the day was whether we go to the beach or the pool. We enjoyed visiting the Harbor Walk, parasailing . driving the little cars around . Fudd puckers was awesome we fed the alligators and had some great food. Overall we would definitely Miramar 101 to everyone . The vacation was the best we have had in a long time. The customer service was fantastic , the house , pool and the beach were all above a beyond what we expected . We would definitely stay here again !

Relaxing time with family
Great the only downside was the freezer didn't make ice well. Called property ma agar and they stated that we might be using it faster than its being made but we hadn't used any of it since it wasn't making anything. They sent maintenance who bought us a bag of Ice but didn't fix the problem.

Annual Family Vacation
We had a wonderful trip. Condo was very nice. Would have liked to get in a little earlier but learned the previous people were not out when the cleaning crew came by. Since the place and location was so nice for family and children we just didn't mind this. Very nice when you have small children because you feel very safe here. Also there was eating places, Grocery stores, Drug stores and most anything you need close by. Looking forward to next year already.

Great place to vacation
Great location, beautiful décor. The pictures on web site are current, everything is modern and very professionally decorated. Great vacation spot. Most anything you would need is in condo. Everything they advertise is true, easy rental experience, would do it again.

Spring Break April 2017
This 3 floor condo was beautiful, clean, and next door to the pool and a very short walk to the beach. The kitchen had everything you need including utensils, cookware and serving pieces for a large group. The granddaughters loved sleeping in the hallway bunk beds with TVs. It was close to the grocery, mall and restaurants. Would definitely rent again!

Amazing Stay!!
My family of 6 and I absolutely LOVED our stay here. The home was very clean and spacious and each bedroom had it's own balcony. The bathrooms were very large and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. I LOVED that each level of the townhome had it's own temperature panel. This was a great idea; as being an owner of a townhome, being upstairs is usually a lot warmer than being downstairs, but in this case, everything was perfect!! The townhome is right across the street to the beach and might I add the beach was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The pictures of the townhome did no justice. It looks A LOT better in person! Also, management made us feel at home and responded to us promptly when we asked for an extra parking pass. I would definitely stay here again!!

Escape from Hurricane Matthew
Great last minute opportunity for sun and fun. Our family reunion in Daytona was disrupted by "Matthew". We searched for other beach options and we were very fortunate that Harmony Beach Vacations had a beautiful rental available. The unit had plenty of space to accommodate 9 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with high end appliances and serving dishes. Our family "chef" gives it two thumbs up! We had one minor maintenance issue and it was handled in less than an hour. Great service and accommodations.

We had a pleasant stay at the home we rented! Everything was as described. We had just about everything we needed at the home we stayed. Had to make a few calls for some minor stuff, but they were quick to respond to anything we needed. Overall I would recommend staying at the home we rented!

Wish We Were There
Absolutely wonderful - the place is beautiful, clean, and spacious. Some days we just stayed inside to enjoy the condo. Just hope the price doesn't rise too much.

Amazing vacation!
We have been using HBV for around 4 years and I have never had any problems only excellent customer service. The properties have always exceeded expectations and when there was any minor problems They were quickly resolved.

Wonderful Townhouse!
I can't say enough about what a great townhouse this is! Our family of 6 adults and 3 kids had plenty of space. We all commented on what a beautiful place it was. The townhouse was decorated beautifully and included everything we needed. There were beach chairs, a high chair, pack and play, and even a stroller that we didn't know would be in the townhouse. Everything was in excellent condition. The rental company was also great to work with and very helpful. The pool was right next door and it was an easy walk to the beach. I highly recommend this rental!

We will be back!
This house was perfect for our family of 12! It had everything we could possibly have wanted and more. It was spotless when we checked in. The owner has done a great job decorating it! The location of this house was perfect. The pool was right next to the house, literally out the front door and there it was. The beach is maybe a minute walk if that, through a parking lot and across the street. The private beach was nice as we visited in June and the public beach just a few yards down was very crowded but we had plenty of room. There is lots within walking distance of the house, several restaurants, Bad *** coffee, DQ, a couple Alvin's island store and Fanta Sea rentals. The only issue we had was the icemaker in the freezer wasn't working. Harmony Vacations was great about it, calling and offering to bring bags of ice for us each day until it was fixed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay in this house again.

Great vacation stay
Vacation rental was awesome, plenty of room with everything we needed. Right across street from beach. The only problem wish I would've known before ever renting hotels in the past. Also close to shopping and water sports. Will definitely return, hopefully can get same one. Right next door to pool.

Thanksgiving 2015
Best Thanksgiving and a welcome relaxing time was had by all. Place was awesome and the weather was too. Everyone would like to make this an annual trip.

The house was perfect for our group! Very clean and enough room for 5 girls for a long weekend. The house had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

Rest and Relax
We had a wonderful time in Destin and really enjoyed staying at Miramar Villas 101. It was clean, comfortable and everyone had their own space and that made it very nice. I would stay there again!!

Satisfying Vacation
We were happy with Miramar Beach Villas, this was the 3rd time we stayed there. The property is convenient to just about anything one would like to do. This year we worked with Harmony Beach Vacations to secure our Villa. The process was easy and friendly.

Great Family Vacation!!??
Miramar Villa 101 was absolutely wonderful. The villa was decorated vet nice, it had everything basic we could of needed, and had no problems with anything. A short walk to the beach, pool right next to us, no issues with other renters in the complex. Harmony even called us on our way down to let us know our villa was ready, could have not asked for a better place to stay for our vacation. Hope to see you soon, Destin!!??????

Great Stay
We loved staying here. We usually stay at an area resort but it was closed for renovations. This was a great alternative. The place is beautiful and Harmony was really great to work with!

Delightful Mirimar 101
So, while not located on the beach, it is a great Location and area is quite. You are approx. 1- 2 miles from gas, grocery, restaurants and name brand strip shopping center.

Rooms:
--------
The home is 3 floors and has 4 bedrooms and 4 bath rooms. This left two (2) of the sleepers in our party in beds located in a hallway closet. While this may seem like a weird location to sleep the beds were long enough for someone 6.5 ft tall and each contained their own TV with headphones. All other bedrooms had queen size beds and were nicely furnished. Rooms were clean. Linens were fresh. There is adequate dining/living area. Satellite TV was provided in the rooms for viewing. Wi-Fi was available and included with the room pricing.

Staff:

Management staff was both friendly and helpful. As for maintenance, on a couple of occasions we had to call maintenance for fixing things (getting butane gas, etc.) and the service was same day.

Home:
------
Clean, ample kitchen utensils. I note this because we have stayed in other VBO's where the kitchen pans and utensils were scarce or too old to use. There is an outdoor pool for everyone on the property to use. Depths range 4 to 5 feet. Home has washer/dryer. Trash is taken to a centralized dumpster located outside the gated area. The dumpster serves both the front properties and the gated ones.

Overall:
----------
Would definitely recommend staying at this VBO if in Destin area and you don't mind the short walk to the beach. Low noise levels are plus and almost guarantee a good nights rest. Room are clean and linens are fresh. Staff is friendly and professional.

Perfect Vacation Rental!
Miramar Villas was perfect for our summer vacation! The house was very clean and well decorated. We had four couples and a one year old, and we had plenty of room! Everyone had privacy and comfortable Queen sized beds. The balconies had nice views, and we loved being right next to the pool! Our only concern before arriving was the walking distance to the NOT let that scare you away! The walk was nothing, and the private beach was wonderful because it was not very crowded at all (we went on the 4th). Overall, this was an awesome vacation with my family, and we can't wait to go back!!
