Diamond in the Reef boasts two full levels with separate living areas, kitchens and bedrooms... perfect for large families who may want some privacy. The beach access is just one short block away with no steps to descend to get to the sugary white sandy beach!
The first floor of this 3500 sq/ft luxury beach homes sleeps 8 and features a king bedroom with mounted TV and attached full bath, a bunk room with twin bunks and a twin over full bunk bed, a fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar with seating for 5 and a dining area with table and seating for an additional 8. The first floor also features a family room with Smart TV, DVD, VCR and a full sized sofa sleeper and twin sofa sleeper for additional sleeping arrangements. This level has high ceilings and also includes a full-sized washer and dryer and access to a single car garage. The large deck has a private, covered Martini Pool (splash pool) with views of the beach. The pool can be heated for an additional charge. There is also a gas grill, table and chairs for outdoor dining. The walking path off the deck goes directly to the Scenic 98 walk/bike/jog path that leads to the Shirah St beach access. This access has no stairs to climb to the beach. When you return home, there is an outdoor shower to rinse off. +++ This floor can be rented individually during the winter months. The second floor features a large family room with TV and DVD player and plenty of seating to accommodate your family. 2 king master suites both with TVs, private full baths (one with a walk in shower), a double queen suite with TV and attached jack & jill bath, and a bunk room with TV and 2 twin bunks. The second floor sleeps 12. Full home sleeps 20. The living room, dining room and a fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances open up to a soaring vaulted ceiling. The dining room features a kings table with seating for 10 with nearby bar seating for 9 more... plenty room for all. There is also a full-sized washer/dryer on this level. The large deck on this floor offers lots of seating and loungers.
Diamond in the Reef has parking for 4 vehicles that includes one covered garage space.
Family rental only... We do not rent to college students or chaperoned groups. No pets, No Smoking.
